Binibining Pilipinas ('Binibini' is a Filipino word which means "woman," "miss" or "young lady") is a beauty contest held annually in the Philippines. Binibining Pilipinas is an entirely different pageant from Miss Philippines or Miss Philippines Earth, a rival contest of Binibining Pilipinas, which promotes environmental awareness and sends its winner to the international Miss Earth beauty pageant. Winners of the event will compete in the international beauty pageant, such as Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss International.

ReplyDeleteyou dont really need too much height to stand out. Filipinos especially women are not really that tall. All you need is a face that will captivate the judges...the charm and right height of course but not really too much....5'8 to 5'10 is okay.. shoes will add height to the candidates. A very good speaker ...of course a smart one...a very good make-over and a very nicely fitted gown will do magic to a person but the face is most important....BEAUTY the real one and a nice smile.....not a fake and nervous smile...a smile with confident and a very good posture.....will captivate everyone. We need a representative who is talented and natural in everything.....

I think organizers shud giv emfasis sa hyt requirement...dapat matangkad ang manalo parang c bianca...manalo...ewan basta dapat 5'7 up ang wagi hu-ever...kung pwede recruit kau 6'2" then rigid training before throwing them anywer...and PLEASE...FILIPINO DESIGNERS...PATRIOTISM CHUVA...MAGAGALING ANG MGA PINOY...PERO NASAAN?
